Sometimes something happens in your life and you just can't seem to find your way through it. You know something needs to change, but you're too close to it to see what. This is where we begin. I gather the threads of what you're experiencing, including those that may not seem connected, and follow them beneath the surface until what has been difficult to see begins to make sense. Perhaps you've already recognised a pattern. You've thought about it, talked about it and worked on it, but somehow you still find yourself back in the same place. Doubting yourself, holding back or reacting in ways you don't fully understand. Going deeper allows us to move beyond what you already know and meet what has been hidden, rejected or misunderstood. And this is where real transformation becomes possible. Through our connection with the Akashic Records, intuitive guidance, spiritual mentoring and energetic healing, we explore the deeper layers of your experience together. Depending on what emerges, our work may include: • Inner child, parts or shadow work • Exploring recurring emotional and energetic patterns • Guided energetic healing and releases • Intuitive insights and deeper self-understanding Sometimes the work happens through conversation, where a question or moment of recognition opens something within you. At other times, we may move into more focused energy healing or meditation. There is no set sequence or predetermined outcome. We follow what emerges, drawing on what feels most appropriate for you in the moment. Because when something changes in the way you see, understand and relate to yourself, it doesn't only change the thing you came in with. You take that change with you. Into your relationships, your work, your choices, your relationship with money, and the way you respond when life challenges you again. You may leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, greater self-acceptance, a new perspective on what you've been experiencing, or a sense of freedom from something that has been holding you back.
